Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you use paperlessops.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by QHSE Risk Consultants LLP (LLPIN AAB-2315), a limited liability partnership registered in Delhi, India. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean QHSE Risk Consultants LLP.
For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@paperlessops.com.
2. Information you give us
If you submit the demo or quote form, we collect the details you type into it:
- Your name
- Company name
- Job title (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number, including country code
- Location (optional)
- Your preferred demo date and time, on the demo form only (optional)
- Anything you write in the message box
We ask for this so that a person from our team can respond to your enquiry. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and you should never be asked for them in order to book a demo or request a quote.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we measure how visitors use this one so that we can improve it. We use two services to do that, and both are described plainly below rather than buried.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. It also records a small number of actions we have specifically asked it to measure:
- How far down a page you scroll
- How long you stay on a page, and how far you had scrolled when you left
- Clicks on “Request a Demo” and “Request a Quote”
- Clicks on our phone number, email address and WhatsApp link
- When you start filling a form, and when you submit one
- Which module categories you open on the Modules page
We have enabled IP anonymisation, so your full IP address is not stored by Google Analytics.
Microsoft Clarity — including session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity, which does something you should know about explicitly: it records your session on this website. That means it captures your mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and the pages you move between, and replays them to us as a video so we can see where the site is confusing or broken. It also builds heatmaps showing where visitors click and how far they read.
Clarity does not record your camera, microphone or screen — only your activity within this website in your browser. It masks text you type into form fields by default, so we do not see your keystrokes in a recording. We use these recordings only to improve the website.
4. Why we process your information
- To respond to you. If you send an enquiry, we use your contact details to reply, arrange a demo, or prepare a quote.
- To improve this website. The analytics above tell us which pages work and which lose people.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
5. Who else can see it
Your information is handled by us and by the service providers we use to run the site:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India. We do not share your enquiry details with any third party for their own marketing.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records afterwards. Analytics and session-recording data are kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which are limited periods rather than indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time using the contact address below.
7. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it
- Correct or complete anything that is inaccurate
- Erase your personal data, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw consent you previously gave us
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
To make any of these requests, or to raise a complaint about how we have handled your data, contact our Grievance Officer at contact@paperlessops.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Turning off tracking
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s private browsing mode, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Microsoft Clarity honours the standard browser opt-out mechanisms described in its terms. The website works normally if you do any of these.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us. QHSE Risk Consultants LLP holds ISO 27001:2022 certification for information security management. No website can promise perfect security, but we treat your enquiry details as confidential business information.
10. Children
This website sells business software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
